The Perfect Beet is a dynamic culinary events company, offering an array of engaging experiences such as cooking classes, cocktail pairings, chef demonstrations, and foodie events like our popular Wine and Spice Class. We pride ourselves on fostering community connections through corporate partnerships with Discovery Place-Kids and Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation. At our events, guests can expect a lively atmosphere with music incorporated where appropriate, and we're working towards introducing live DJs at a monthly event soon. Our focus extends beyond events, as we also develop culinary curriculums and provide programming including camps, workshops, and classes. Located at Ghost Kitchen on 3514 Westinghouse Blvd CLT, NC 28273, our studio classes offer a hands-on experience, while our mobile events cater to various venues such as rec centers, residential kitchens, and clubhouses. Participants have the option to take home our signature cooking class "baggies," containing recipes and raw ingredients, ensuring they can recreate the dishes in their own kitchens. Classes typically run for 2-2.5 hours, with the duration of other engagements varying based on the event type.
